Comfy beds, an iron and a clock radio in the room;))
Not very helpful staff!

The staff was very friendly, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. We had the family room which was brand-new and huge with outside access. We liked coffee, muffins, pastries, and hot waffles at the breakfast. Our location was exceptionally nice in the best area.

The hotel was newly remodelled and surprising and I truly enjoyed the streets of Carlisle. Decent location and overall the staff was thoughtful. The airport was 28 minutes drive away. Booked king room, that was provided with fridge and microwave and outside access, as example. It had a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge.

It made my trip to Carlisle a fairly nice experience. I truly enjoyed the hotel, its reasonably large room and THOUGHTFUL staff. The location was handy and ideal, overlooking street. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The hotel had a good location, close to shopping and dining options. It was also conveniently located near the interstate, making it easy to access. Another advantage was that the hotel allowed pets, which was a plus for travelers with furry friends.
There were several negative aspects to my stay at this hotel. the continental breakfast was poorly stocked and the staff seemed disinterested in their duties.

We booked this little get-a-way through a travel web site that actually gave this dump good reviews. We booked it for price and because it's pet friendly. Went to check in and the desk guy was very friendly so that was a plus. We got our "pet-friendly" room. Wow what we should have done was go back and ask for our money back and left but we didn't. Unlocked the door and was welcomed by the over powering smell of pine cleaner. They are remodeling the room beside and I assume the white dust smeared over the mirror was the dust. The table was all stained as was the bedspread on one of the beds. The handle to the nightstand table was hanging by one screw and there was a deep gash in the dresser. The TV is still on analogue and the shower doesn't warm up past lukewarm. My cat was terrified of the room and hid under the bed. I bent down to pick up something I had dropped and the smell of old animal urine was over powering. We stayed 2 nights and as a result I now have a very sick cat. $900 later we learned that more than likely her lungs are inflamed from the chemicals used to "clean" the room. This place is a hellhole and I highly recommend spending a few dollars more at a better hotel.
The desk clerk was friendly.
My cat is highly sick.

Great choice for weekend. Great hotel with large and brand-new rooms and a private bathroom. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Nice service overall. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Genuinely helpful and extremely helpful staff, ideal location next to fitness center, nearby restaurants, and truck stop.

The room with fridge and microwave. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities, and a refrigerator were a huge plus.

Walter
Comfortable bed, good coffee, helpful staff, variety of breakfast options, easy access to gas stations and restaurants, convenient location near highway.
Nothing is perfect.

The location of this place was convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing good customer service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast options were satisfying, with a variety of choices to start our day.
Our experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. The room was in poor condition, with lights not working and a bathroom door that wouldn't close properly.
